Building
Every participant builds three agents on their own management work, in ascending order: personal, communication and business, and leaves the room with them.
Format
- Duration
- Three focused hours of building, or half a day that adds the management module. Both include an advance prep session.
- Participants
- Up to 20 managers, in person or remote. In the half-day version, up to three joint facilitators from Lotem and ApplAI.
- Packages
- A single workshop, a series of two to four for different management groups, or an organization-wide package across management levels with adoption measurement afterwards.
- Environment
- The AI environment approved in your organization, such as Claude or ChatGPT in their enterprise editions, aligned with your security policy. The Skill templates stay with you.
