Agentic AI for Solution Architects

Four sessions in which every SA builds one agentic application, from a single agent to a production-ready system.

For Solution Architects and presales engineers who get asked about agents in customer conversations and need to lead them.

What you get

01

A working agentic application

Every participant builds and runs their own application, which grows over the four sessions from a first agent into an orchestrated multi-agent system.

02

A solution story for customers

The concepts, the vocabulary and the business case for Agentic AI, learned by building. The examples come from a prep session with your subject matter experts.

03

Command of the hard questions

What a multi-agent system needs to be production-ready: guardrails, a human in the loop, observability and evaluation.

How it works

  1. Agentic AI 101

What an agent is versus a chatbot or a workflow. The agentic loop, tools and function calling, MCP, RAG and guardrails. Build and run a first agent.

  2. From LLM to enterprise agent

Persona, grounding in organizational knowledge, and memory across turns. Each capability is added after the system shows the problem it solves.

  3. From agent to agent system

Orchestration, specialized agents, request routing and collaboration between agents. Turn one agent into a multi-agent system.

  4. Production readiness

Guardrails and policy enforcement, a human in the loop for high-risk decisions, observability and evaluation. Wire control, measurement and logging into everything that was built.

FAQ

Comfort with reading and running code. The workshop teaches agentic architecture by building, and most of the building is done through configuration.

Yes. In that track the sessions focus on Copilot and Cursor and on artifacts for the customer conversation: a solution brief, a demo concept, an architecture outline and a talk track on production readiness.

Participants keep working on their application. We recommend each participant brings a customer scenario to the first session, because every exercise maps onto it.
